Orion-Tr Smart 48/12-30
Isolated 48→12 V step-down DC-DC charger, 30 A output. The canonical converter on a 48 V hybrid sailboat / ePropulsion install: feed it from the 48 V epro bank's positive bus, run the output to a 12 V buffer battery or directly to the house bus. Galvanic isolation between input and output, so the 48 V negative does not have to be bonded to the 12 V negative.

The Crimp engine applies its ordinary continuous-load headroom, voltage-drop budget, terminal clamp, and standard fuse ladder. The 3 m one-way run is a stated reference, not a universal installation prescription.
